1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging in any business relationship or utilizing the services provided by Woodley

Logistics Ltd, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," you agree to abide by the terms and

conditions outlined herein. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding

agreement between you and the Company.

2. Services Offered

The Company specializes in providing logistics services, including package delivery, patient transport services, and the transportation of perishable goods. The services may include, butare not limited to, the transportation, handling, and delivery of packages, as well as thetransportation of patients for medical appointments or other approved reasons.

3. Service Agreement

A. Package Delivery:

  • Fees for package delivery will be communicated to the sender during the booking process.

  • Payment is due 21 days after the invoice has been issued.

B. Patient Transport:

  • Fees for patient transport services will be communicated to the sender during the booking process.

  • Payment is due 21 days after the invoice has been issued.

C. Perishable Goods:

  • Fees for the transportation of perishable goods will be communicated during the booking process.

  • Payment is due 21 days after the invoice has been issued.

Last-Minute Cancellations:

  • For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply. The cancellation fee will be communicated to the customer at the time of cancellation and deducted from any applicable refund.

4. Urgent Same-Day Deliveries

  • For urgent same-day deliveries, including both packages and urgent same-day patient transport services, the Company offers expedited services at an increased charge.

  • The increased charge for urgent same-day deliveries will be communicated to the sender during the booking process.

  • This service is subject to availability, and the sender is advised to contact the Company in advance to confirm the feasibility of same-day delivery.

4.1 Urgent Same-Day Deliveries - Packages:

  • Increased charges for urgent same-day package deliveries must be paid no later than 14 days from the completion of the service.

4.2 Urgent Same-Day Patient Transport Services:

  • Increased charges for urgent same-day patient transport services must be paid no later than 14 days from the completion of the service.

4.3 Urgent Same-Day Deliveries - Perishable Goods:

  • Increased charges for urgent same-day transportation of perishable goods must be paid no later than 14 days from the completion of the service.

5. Booking and Scheduling

A. Package Delivery:

  • Packages must be properly labelled and ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse service for items that violate local, national, or international laws.

B. Patient Transport:

  • Patient transport services must be scheduled in advance, and the Company requires accurate information regarding the patient's needs and condition.

  • Changes to scheduled transport must be communicated to the Company in a timely manner.

C. Perishable Goods:

  • Perishable goods must be appropriately packaged and ready for transportation at the scheduled time.

  • The Company may refuse service for perishable goods that are not properly packaged or do not meet specified requirements.

6. Fees and Payment

A. Package Delivery:

  • Fees for package delivery will be communicated to the sender during the booking process.

  • Payment is due 21 days after the invoice has been issued.

B. Patient Transport:

  • Fees for patient transport services will be communicated to the sender during the booking process.

  • Payment is due 21 days after the invoice has been issued.

C. Perishable Goods:

  • Fees for the transportation of perishable goods will be communicated during the booking process.

  • Payment is due 21 days after the invoice has been issued.

Urgent Same-Day Deliveries:

  • Increased charges for urgent same-day deliveries must be paid no later than 14 days from the completion of the service.

7. Liability and Insurance

A. Package Delivery:

  • The Company is not liable for the loss or damage of packages caused by factors beyond its control, such as acts of nature or theft.

B. Patient Transport:

  • The Company will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of patients during transport.

  • The Company maintains appropriate insurance coverage for patient transport services.

C. Perishable Goods:

  • The Company will take reasonable measures to ensure the proper handling and transportation of perishable goods.

  • The sender is encouraged to inquire about additional insurance options for high-value perishable items.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

A. Package Delivery:

  • Cancellation of package delivery orders must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.

  • Refunds for cancelled package delivery orders will be processed promptly, and the amount refunded will be subject to the Company's discretion, considering any costs incurred.

B. Patient Transport:

  • Cancellation of patient transport services must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled transport.

  • Refunds for cancelled patient transport services will be processed promptly, and the amount refunded will be subject to the Company's discretion, considering any costs incurred.

C. Perishable Goods:

  • Cancellation of perishable goods transportation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transport.

  • Refunds for cancelled perishable goods transportation will be processed promptly, and the amount refunded will be subject to the Company's discretion, considering any costs incurred.

Last-Minute Cancellations:

9. Confidentiality

The Company will treat all information obtained during the provision of services as confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers in a timely manner.
